Hollow Handle Knives

To protect and prolong the cutting performance of your knives, please follow the simple care and use instructions below:

Use:

To protect the sharp cutting edge, we recommend always using a plastic or wood cutting board. Harder cutting surfaces have the potential to blunt the cutting edge. Always ensure you are using the right knife for the right purpose while cooking.

Cleaning:

This knife range is dishwasher safe, but we suggest gently hand washing in warm to hot soapy water. Do not leave your knives in water for prolonged periods of time, such as soaking or drip drying, as this will cause surface rusting.

Sharpening:

Like all knives, the cutting edges may become dull over time. We recommend occasionally using the steel sharpening tool to sharpen your knives. Note: scalloped or serrated knives can only be sharpened by a knife sharpening professional.

Storage:

For safe and continued protection of your knives, we recommend storing your knives within the wood block provided. Caution: It is strongly recommended that you do not place knives into a loose draw without protecting the blade.

Wood Handle Knives

Hand wash before first use. These knives should be hand washed in warm soapy water. Do not immerse the knives in water for prolonged periods of time or knives will rust. Always wipe away from the blade. Wipe away excess water after hand washing to avoid rusting. Caution: Always handle with care. Keep away from children. Avoid dropping into sinks and bowls.

Sharpening:

Like all knives, the cutting edges may become dull over time. We recommend occasionally using the steel sharpening tool to sharpen your knives.

Storage:

We highly recommend storing your knives safely and securely in drawers with blade coverings whenever possible. Do not put away wet.

Wooden Board

Use:

Before first use, wipe down with a damp cloth or lightly oiled cloth.

Cleaning:

We recommend only hand washing your wood boards with warm soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher. Never soak your wood board in water for prolonged periods of time.

Storage:

Store wood boards in clean, dry areas. For cheese knives and sets, hand dry knives immediately after hand washing and place back into the slated board.

Salt and Pepper Mill Grinder

To protect and prolong the product, please follow the simple care and use instructions below:

Use:

To fill, loosen the adjustable top in a counter-clockwise direction, then remove the lid to pour in salt or pepper. Replace the lid and tighten the nut. To operate, turn the top section in a clockwise direction.

To Adjustment Grain Size:

To make salt and pepper finer, tighten the screw clockwise. To make salt and pepper more coarse, loosen the top counterclockwise.

Cleaning:

Tap after use to release any loose grains from the mechanism. Wipe with a dry cloth for cleaning. Do not put in the dishwasher.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.

Silicone Glove

Hand wash cold and dry in a cool dry place. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean, tumble dry or put in the dishwasher.
